"Really good gun, but I would recommend a better motor. But other than that the rps is good and the fps is good

"This is my first airsoft rifle, so I cannot speak from a position of experience, but can offer my thoughts after a day of games with it;

The build quality seems fine, the fitment of the plastic upper/lower receivers is rock solid. Instead of the handguard pictured, my rifle came with an aluminum handguard featuring keymod rail on the bottom and sides with usual picatinny rail on top, which is fine with me. Handguard also sits solidly on the rifle with no movement. My biggest issue comes with the crane stock, whose rubberized coating along the cheek weld immediately began rubbing off. The stock has a loose, wobbly fit on the buffer tube. The included hi-cap magazine broke on first use- the sliding gate to the BB hopper shattered into pieces with little effort. Evike sent a new hi-cap with no trouble and the replacement has worked well so far. The provided magazine seats firmly in the magazine well with very little wobble, and is as tight as I would want it. Magazines that are any larger would likely be troublesome getting in/out of the magazine well. The metal birdcage flash hider must have threadlocker on it, as even with the grub screw and pin removed, it was going nowhere fast. Possible skill issue.

Even though I ordered the "gun only" option, my rifle came with a nunchuck battery and charger, also fine with me.

Out of the box, the rifle fired at roughly 1.2 Joules with provided battery, and was as accurate as I expect an airsoft rifle to be. At the least, it performed better than borrowed/rented rifles I have briefly used.

Overall I'm happy with my purchase. I plan to make improvements to it, especially the crane stock situation, and I look forward to future games using it.

"FYI this uses the OLD 2 PIECE HOP-UP, it is INCOMPATIBLE with aftermarket hop-up units. You must remove the part molded into the lower receiver, which is easy enough with a dremel type tool and a precision knife to clean it up, if you want to use aftermarket hop-ups.
