"So I have had this gun for about a month now and I can honestly say that I have almost no gripes. It does not shoot super far but that’s only to be expected because I have the PDW. This isn’t really a fault of the gun since it recommended using a smaller battery anyway but the stock is kind of small, and since I run an 11.1 li-on battery it only fits with the stock all the way extended, but I have long arms so it doesn’t really matter. I put an enormous CV life red dot on it and it makes the gun look tiny😂 but it works really well.

Pros:
•This thing shoots like crazy with an 11.1v li-on, probably close to 30 rounds a second!

•Super compact, but the almost all metal design makes it feel really realistic.

•Comes with two mags, not just one like it is advertised, which is super nice because this spits ammo like crazy!

•The MOSFET is amazing! Super sensitive and it never jams up no matter how fast I pull it!

•The fore grip that it comes with is super nice.

•The Iron sights are super nice.

Cons:

•Not related to the actual gun but the curved mag that is advertised with the gun does not stay in at all and hardly feeds on full auto.

•Doesn’t shoot very far but could also be a pro if you do a lot of CQB.

Overall would highly recommend this gun for anybody.

PS.The price might make you turn away but it’s worth every dollar believe me.

"This has been my weekend hun for a couple months now. With an 11.1v Matrix battery it will run for an entire 3 hour game. I’ve had 0 issues with it and it shoots fantastically.

The SMG version is absolutely ideal for indoor/CQB fields and allows me into tight spaces and generally lets me peek angles that a full size/SBR size gun wouldn’t let me into. Not only that, it can fit into a backpack without any takedown, making storage and carrying a breeze.

The gearbox is snappy and responsive, and the trigger feels fantastic out of the box. The micro switch lets me feather the trigger and get good, consistent follow up shots without having to do another long pull.

The externals are extremely high quality, with the upper and lower receiver being full metal. It has survived a couple pretty hefty drops without any issues.

However, if you’re going to play indoors/CQB, you’ll need to swap out the spring. Out of the box it shoots 350-370, which is too hot for most fields. I slapped an M95 Evike spring in and have no issues passing chrono, and other players feel their hits just fine.

As for mags, it comes with 2! One stick mag and one cyma windowed mag. The windowed mags are the play, as you do have a physical loading indicator at the top of the magazine that lets you see when you’re full, and they look much better in the gun.

All in all, stock, this gun is a great value for what you get out of it, and I’m extremely excited to start modifying it. However, with how good the gearbox and motor are, I think I’ll only need to swap the inner barrel and hop-up to have a fantastic weekender gun. Would recommend for anyone looking for a unique, well built and easy to use gun. I get compliments all the time on it, and people are always asking “what is that?”

"Purchased it for use at SF-V at d-14. was surprised by the over performance. I used it stock and it had a really good fire rate and response time on semi- auto. Range wise, it was able to compete with many of the upgraded rifles on the field. I primarily ran .32's through it and used 11.1v lipos. Worked better than I could have imagined. The only thing I had to change was the stock to allow more room for the batteries. All in all 10/10 would highly recommend.

"Great pcc. Mosfet is meh. Dropped a Gate Titan with a asg infinity motor in it. And dropped a lancer tactical rotory hop in it. Runs like a dream now. Best pcc due to the fact it takes mp5 mags not proprietary mags. Highly recommend.

"Overall quite pleased with this purchase, however...a review to cover the good and the not so good. First of all, mine was 'previously owned'. This was evident by the orange tape on the muzzle device, as opposed to the original orange plastic. The muzzle device also bore scratches from attempted removal, and the hex set screw head was stripped on the muzzle device. The original warning stickers and 'made in china' sticker were removed from the gun, and stuck to the foam packaging in the box; the sticker residue was still on the gun. Perhaps this is why the price was lowered on the gun when I bought it? Anyway...It has a reasonable trigger board mosfet that saves space in the buffer tube, where a 1200mah 11.1 Lipo battery fits just fine. Trigger response is not the snappiest, but acceptable. ROF is also fine: not the highest, but I play semi most of the time. Mine shoots 1.45 joules out of the box with .28's. That's a pretty ideal velocity. Externals are solid and good looking. Buffer tube access to the QC spring guide is idiot proof and a great convenience. Accuracy and range were sub par; I had to crank the hop to maximum to lift .28's. I replaced the hop with a Prowin rotary, and installed a Maple Leaf bucking and a slightly longer tight bore barrel. It uses a standard version 2 hop and is accessed/removed in the same manner as any M4 variant, so it's very easy. Range and accuracy are now very impressive. Be advised that the space for rotary hops is limited and the adjustment wheel could not turn on the Prometheus hop I tried first. My only gripe thus far is the mag catch design. Simply put, it sucks. The included Cyma mags work fine, but all the other mags I've tried have a hard time staying in due to an unusual and frankly weak design they came up with for the 9mm meets standard AR type receiver style of the gun. Stick with the Cyma windowed mag and you should be fine. It's a great looking package and I'm looking forward to some field time with it.

"very nice gun, however here are some things everyone should know:
-theres a grub screw on the compensator, which isnt specified in the manual. remove that if you want to remove the compensator

-i dont believe it has the quick change stock??? the stock is held in with a screw and washer like every other gun ive owned.

-most batteries wont fit without the battery compartment extension.

other than all that stuff, the gun is pretty decent. i like that it doesnt use proprietary mags.

"I have some pros and cons. I'll get the bad out of the way first.

BAD

1. It's *VERY* picky on magazines. Maybe I just got a lemon, but one of the two magazines that came with it doesn't even lock into the gun. The second magazine locks if you tap the bottom hard enough. However, if you accidently bump the magazine slightly forward or backwards it drops out. We tried 6 different brands of MP5 magazines and only 2 of them would lock into the magwell.

2. You may have issues putting a tracer unit on it. The threads are 14mm negative which is great, but the issue I had was that the allen screw that secures the factory muzzle device to the barrel was not only stripped, but also held in with an absurd amount of Loctite. I had to drill mine out. Once it was out though my tracer unit fit fine.

GOOD

1. It shoots great once you get reliable magazines. Mine shot around 350 FPS/1 Joule. It shoots straight and the hopup works fine.

2. The overall size is very compact. It's perfect for CQB and comes with a vertical foregrip. You've got plenty of M-Lok space to add accessories. It also comes with backup iron sights.

3. The quick change spring system is awesome. Simply loosen your castle nut and then rotate your buffer tube about 90 degrees and the entire thing just plops right off. Than you can use a flathead to remove your plug and change your spring. In my opinion this is one of the best features. It makes spring changes a 5 minute ordeal.

This last 2 things are not necessarily a pro or con, but something that CQB players should be aware of.

1. It is not compatible with M4 stubby stocks. The battery space is small. I prefer to swap my stocks out with fixed stubby stocks to give myself more battery space, a rock solid stock, and a consistent sight picture every time. Due to the way the quick change spring system is made you will need to significantly shorten the stubby stocks bolt. If you want to install a stubby stock be prepared to grind your mounting bolt by about 1".

2. The QD sockets on the handguard are not fixed in place. They still rotate. If you want to use a non-rotating QD swivel it will not work. This means your sling may get twisted and kinked up. It has no effect on the performance of the gun, but to some people it's obnoxious.

Overall It's a decent gun, but the magazine compatibility issue is a deal breaker for me. If you can't feed the gun reliably then you significantly hinder your performance in the game.

"CYMA Platinum 9mm "Rapid Strike" Pistol Caliber Carbine (Color: Black / PDW)

Solid aeg.
Crisp trigger.
PDW stock does NOT quick disconnect.
Must use included buffer tube extension to fit ANY battery. Buffer tube length without extension is only 53mm.

I also own the SBR and really like this AEG, but am not a fan of the PDW stock.

SBR gets 4.5 stars. PDW gets 3 because the stock does not quick disconnect and ends up being same length as the SBR stock once buffer tube extension is installed.
