EDGE is a completely new line of AEG carbines in the Specna Arms family, designed to meet expectations of even the most demanding players. Manufactured under license of Rock River Arms, a well recognized American real firearms manufacturer takes Specna Arms brand to a higher level of realism and performance.

The heart of the EDGE models is brand new ORION Gearbox. It is based on the and equipped with a main spring release function. Straight from the box it has a number of high-quality parts improving the performance and is ready for further tuning.
Specna Arms EDGE carbines are equipped with the new type of the rotary Hop which results in very precise and stable adjustment of BBs overlocking.
EDGE line like the rest of Specna Arms series is equipped with a functional quick spring change system, that enables you to quickly adjust the muzzle velocity without the use of specialized tools and with no need of removing the Gearbox from the body.

Every element of the replica had been made and fitted with the utmost care for every detail. In addition, the body features a Nano Coating finish that prevents scratches. The body also bears deeply engraved Rock River Arms markings as well as an individual serial number further authenticated by an additional hologram. Details that deserve note also include the QD pistol grip that provides easy and rapid access to the motor without having to use tools as well as a double-sided loop for the attachment of a tactical sling.

"Purchased in 2022, forgot to review until now.

When a gun is wired to deans from the factory you know it's gonna slap. This is probably among the best starter guns out there.
I got the SBR model and it is perfection. With my matrix 11.1 LiPo (which it can handle out of the box because of the mosfet) it has excellent trigger response. My field only allows semi auto for rifles, and it's a godsend in that category. It is fairly lightweight at just over 5 pounds, and I have no trouble carrying it all day.

The handguard and stock were fairly wobbly, but a bit of tape where the handguard interfaces with the receiver helped, and I put the fuzzy side of a piece of velcro under the stock which completely eliminated the wobble.

This performs excellently out of the box, and if you're considering this you will not be disappointed.

"This was my daughter's first non-big-box airsoft replica. We have since picked up a dozen more guns and we've upgraded almost every single one of them... Except this one.

My daughter loves the way it performs. It was better than the EMG offerings we also tried, and it takes quite a bit of upgrading in some other models just to get close to matching the performance of this rifle.

We got the short gun, which I was skeptical of at first, but it outshot most of the other stock longer barreled guns we've purchased.

I have a specna prime and my son has an edge with the same barrel and handguard setup as this one, but his has the ambi safety, HAL mosfet, and helium flat bucking. I think for the money, if you can get the "heavy ops" version of one of these with the HAL mosfet, it's not much more and it's even better than this already awesome setup.

After extensive use of the edge and prime guns, I'm tempted to give their flex series a shot.

"This rifle is awesome! Much higher quality than Lancer Tactical stuff which are junks in my opinion. These simply looks better if you are looking for an entry level M4, look no further!
