Evike.com Facebook Sweepstakes. Prizes and chances of winning will vary depending on each sweepstakes and will be specified in the individual posts. Evike.com will contact the winners via Facebook Message from the Facebook account ‘Matt Evk’. Winners will have 48 hours to claim the prize via Facebook Message. The Winners’ list will be announced on the following Monday or Tuesday at the Evike.com Tumblr page (http://evike-airsoft.tumblr.com). If you see your name on the Winners’ List but didn’t get a message – please check your "OTHER" or "FILTERED" folder here on your Facebook message page. For any additional questions or concerns, please contact [email protected]. Winners should NOT contact the Evike.com Customer Service team.

ELIGIBILITY:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

Present employees of Evike.com and family members of Evike.com employees are not eligible to participate. Must be 18 years or older to enter. Void where prohibited. Facebook profile settings must be set so that these actions are public. If settings are not set to public, your name will not show up as having taken the required action (we would not be able to contact you), and therefore making you ineligible said contest.

DRAWING:
The winners will be selected randomly. Evike.com will notify prize winner(s) by Facebook Message from the Facebook account ‘Matt Evk’ and have 48 hours to respond to prize notification. If no response is received within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited.

PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)/ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE:
Prize and approximate retail value of each sweepstake will be stated on the Facebook posts. Odds of winning the drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize is not transferable. No prize substitutions permitted, except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.

PRIVACY:
Your participation in the sweepstakes is deemed your agreement that Evike.com may use your name, likeness or image for promotional and marketing purposes without any payment to you and you hereby grant EVIKE.COM the right to do the same and expressly waive any claims against EVIKE.COM in this regard. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Sponsor and its agents assume no responsibility for, and entrants waive claims for, any injury, loss or damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, and whether to person or property, including death and personal injury, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the entrant’s acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, or the entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes, or participation in any sweepstakes or prize-related activity, or any travel related to the sweepstakes, or any travel for any prize-related activity, and/or such participant’s failure to win the prize. SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WITH RESPECT TO THE VALUE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRIZE. All such guarantees and warranties are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Sponsor accepts no liability or responsibility regarding the manufacturing or condition of the Prize.

A list of the winner's names and prizes will be posted on the Evike.com Tumblr (http://evike-airsoft.tumblr.com) every week.
